This is how we do it:

STAGE A: BRIEFING
You inform our project manager about your specific requirements and deliver documents to us

STAGE B: QUOTATION
Project manager gives you a breakdown of total cost. 'No hidden extras'

STAGE C: ASSIGNED TRANSLATOR
Once the rate is approved, a deadline is agreed before the project manager passes the job to one of our highly qualified and experienced translators.

STAGE D: PROOF READING AND EDITING
On completion of the work, the assigned translator passes the work to a senior translator who double-checks for inconsistencies, makes any necessary corrections and reviews the whole document.

STAGE E: DELIVERY
Project manager delivers the documents back to you, insuring your full satisfaction with the service you received. Documents can be submitted and delivered via email, fax and by hand. Any changes or amendments you suggest are promptly carried out.

STAGE F: FEED BACK
We kindly ask you to fill in a questionnaire telling us your opinion on the quality of the service you received from us. This is a crucial part of our work that enables us to improve our services.
